About the Event
The last wine flight poured at Brut was March 15th, 2020 so I figured that it was time to bring them back!
HOWEVER, it's going to be a little different this time. This won't be a regular offering at Brut, but an every few week pop-up special occasion. And...the first one will be THIS Wednesday from 3-9pm!
The theme of this flight will be "Burgundy-ish wines":
A delicious Bourgogne Pinot Noir from Justin Girardin.
A Passetoutgrain from Oregon's Domaine Divio. This is an ancestral Burgundian blend of Gamay & Pinot Noir.
And, the third wine is a surprise (first rule of flight club?). I guess you'll just have to stop in to try it.
