About the Event
A Belgian Golden Strong Ale is Born from a Chance Encounter.
Picture a wine bar in Astoria. A brewer enjoying a couple of glasses of wine turns to the owner and suggests a collaboration to age beer in wine barrels. The owner agrees, and history is made! As a result, this Belgian Golden Strong Ale came to be. With its golden hue and fluffy foam, it boasts delicious aromas and flavors of Tutti Frutti, bubble gum, banana, and clove, rounded off with a well-balanced finish.
And...you get to enjoy it on Wednesday, November 29th from 5-7pm. Join brewer Titus Bentley from North Jetty Brewing and I to celebrate this delicious beer!
